@Ashlyn Bernardino Hi! I have not. The nursing secretary said as she processes the apps, that the background check emails will be sent out ? she said hopefully she'll have all the apps processed by the end of the week!

Do you know how many applications they received? And how many they’re accepting?

@Ashlyn Bernardino I don’t, but I can ask when I go up there next week!

I know they have accepted around 35-40 these past few semesters... just don’t know how many people applied this cycle and what the applicant pool looks like.

How many points did you apply with? If you don’t mind me asking of course

I don’t have my sheet with the points on it, but I have a 4.0 gpa, all my pre reqs completed (with all As), an 89.3 on the HESI altogether, and I live in Belton so I’m not sure if I get points for being in district. What about you?

I am going to apply for the bridge program. Is there anyone else applying for bridge?

So when they said gpa, is this for the pre reqs only? I completed my pre reqs, and wondering about co reqs is included.

@Ashlyn Bernardino wow that’s awesome! I assume you have all the co-reqs done as well!! You should have 10 or most likely 11 points because I feel like Belton should count as in district... I have a 3.75 GPA, 93 on the HESI, all co reqs completed but out of district, so 10 points. Fingers crossed it’s enough!!

@lurve2014 that’s awesome! They told me for the adn program that the coreq’s are included in the GPA calculations, so I would assume it’d be the same for bridge too but you can always call and make sure ?

@Ashlyn Bernardino Oh no problem! I ended up sending everything electronically but I called and they said they’re not sure how many people they’re taking, it depends on availability but they had over 100 apps
