Temple BSN Program... any advice or reviews!!!

I'm currently enrolled at CCP taking my prereq. I recently came across Temple BSN program which allows you straight admission into the nursing program! Has anyone ever attended this program or interested in the program like me? Or do you know of a better program? What's your overall opinion? Thanks in advance...:D

If you want to transfer to Temple Nursing you start out as a freshman regardless of the credits you have earned at another college. Meaning you will have to do the entire four years at Temple. Why would you want to spend years at CCP and then another four years at Temple? Go to temple.edu nursing dept, and this is what it says:

External Transfer- This transfer option is designed for students currently enrolled in another college or university who would like to transfer into the BSN program at Temple University. This option requires students to begin our nursing program as a first year nursing student. Students admitted via this option will spend eight semesters in our BSN program entering the University in the fall semester. This option is recommended for transfer students with less than 30 college credits.

CCP has dual admissions agreements with other schools that guarantee admission into other Nursing Programs. Unless you mean your getting your RN at CCP and then doing the RN-BSN program at Temple.

Thanks for replying. I read info on another Temple website that read:

What is the application process for Nursing?

BSN: Candidates must first apply to Temple’s Undergraduate Admissions Office. Upon acceptance, they should meet with an academic adviser to plan their course sequence. Admission is competitive. Selection is based on completion of prerequisites, academic standing, and personal interviews. Pre-professional requirements can be taken from an accredited institution outside of Temple University. Transfer students must apply to Temple University’s Undergraduate Admissions Office.

So I take it that info is outdated. With you mentioning the dual admissions program I became aware of a whole new option. So thanks again. I'll be talking to them on Mon morning :)
