Ling, I think Temple closed their nursing school this year. Are you sure that is still available?

Episcopal Hospital (affiliated with Temple University Hospital) closed their diploma programs , but I don't think Temple University did.
Yea, like the person above me posted, that was just Episcopal. I notice not too many people talk about Temple's Accelerated Program which is weird since Drexel's is so popular and it is near by.
Anyone? Why nobody talks about this program. Is it new? What's going on

I applied for the Temple Accelerated program last summer. It's very, very competitive since I believe they only accept 10 people due to the lack of staffing. Besides the application process, you have to do an interview. It's a group interview, and all you do is get information about the person you're partnered up with, find out their background, and then recite information back to the professor so he/she can get an idea of your speaking skills. Then you read an article and write a timed opinion paper on it to test your written skills. I thought I would have an edge in since I graduated from Temple, but I didn't get in. Good luck.
Temple doesn't advertise their accelerated program since they accept so few people. But it sounds like a great program. I asked the professors at Temple why they don't advertise, and their response was, "We want to see how well we do without the advertising." I'm in the ACE program now, and I"m sure I would have enjoyed Temple's program more. ACE sucks!
Really? What sucks about it.
It's very, very stressful and disorganized. I'm sure it's like that with other accelerated programs though.
