Telling stories at home. Did I violate HIPAA

Can honestly say one of the toughest things is going thru a 12 hour shift and not being able to share any part of my day with loved ones out of fear of saying too much. I am afraid of breaching HIPAA. I talked to a friend after I’d done a shift and was assigned to be a sitter for 12 hours. I shared that the patient was 1. Almost my parents  age or older 2. Ethnicity 3. Paralyzed 4 . cardiac unit … my friend doesn’t know the exact hospital that I work at. But I fear that what I shared was too much and a breach … did I breach HIPAA ? Or am I being dramatic per usual
