I took the TEAS V test in June and made a 56. The school I want to get into requires a 58. I missed it by 2%. The next class starts in January. I want to take the test again but cannot seem to get myself motivated to even open the study guide. It's very overwhelming. I'm afraid I'm not going to pass again. I have been using the McGraw Hill study guide. I've read a lot about the ATI study guide. I'm wondering if I should get the ATI guide and try studying that? Any ideas, suggestions or tips would be very helpful.

Which McGraw Hill study guide? If it is the "Nursing Entrance Exam" then of course it will be overwhelming. That covers the NET, HESI and everything under the sun. Get the ATI version V study quide. The only thing everyone complains about the ATI book is the science. Seems people say it does not cover all the subjects on the test.

What areas did you do your best on? Which were your most difficult areas? Aside from focusing on the areas that you need to improve on, the best advice I can give is to not stress out. It's easier said than done, I know, but when you stress you lose access to stuff you already know because you are too focused on the worry.
Good luck!
