Hello,
I’ve taken my TEAS test and scored a 78.7 in reading. My advisor informed me that students who do really good in reading are to be more successful overall in the nursing program. I just wondered have anyone else heard this??

To be honest I've never heard of this before but I can understand where they are coming from. My current school implements more on the math/science side of things.
I thought the same! So it kinda confused me when I heard that.

I guess what they mean is like maybe you'll be reading a lot. I've taken the TEAS and scored well but they put more emphasis in the science and then math. Reading it again I believe they are talking about being able to read things effectively and efficiently.
Makes it so much more understandable! Thank you for your comments.
