TEAS science formulas

Published

I'm taking the TEAS test this month and I'm only nervous about science. (mainly physics)

Does anyone know if we need to know formulas like,

work=force x distance

speed= d/t

and things like that..

What about Boyles Law or Charles Law?

thanks! :)

I took my test on Saturday. I had one question where I needed to calculate the average velocity of a swimmer. That was the only physics formula I had. I studied both the TEAS study guide and the McGraw guide for Nursing entrance exams. I was going over gas laws and such, but I think it is actually way more general than that. Hope this helps and good luck. It wasn't that bad--I took the paper/pencil test, so I am stuck waiting for my results for a week:banghead:

haha mine's the 20th on computer. its gonna be my first computer test too so i hope it goes well.

i have the mcgraw study book too! did it help you?

thank you verry much!

I only had one physics question as well (computer test). It was caculate the average velocity of a runner.

I think the mcgraw-hill book helped out quite a bit, but then that was the only study aid I used.
