TEAS exam?

I am thinking about joining Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

However, I wasn't aware that I'd be taking an entrance exam (tomorrow).

Is there an ebook or somewhere online... Should I be slightly nervous?

I noticed on their website it is a TEAS exam.
