Hello! I'm looking for fun and engaging classroom activities.
I run a year-long nurse residency program for new graduate RNs. We've incorporated simulations, case studies, group projects, and reflections into our curriculum to reduce lecture time. We focus on professional development (self-care, resiliency, delegation, critical thinking) more than clinical skills. We want them to walk away feeling empowered and supported in their nursing journey. What activities or strategies have you used or experienced that stuck with you?
Thanks!
