Definitely, I made a 91, I'm sure it was enough, UTA only looks that you make over a 70 so idk how important it is anyways. I wonder how many people get wait listed... I felt as if I had a good chance before that email but now I'm just trying to expect nothing so I'm not too disappointed...

I received my letter today, wait list it is.

Thank you! Truthfully, I will most likely not be able to accept the slot though. After evaluating money etc. I do not believe I can afford it. I will talk with the advisor though before deciding for sure. I was still very excited to read the letter though!

Does anyone know how many wait list applicants they will let in for the 2012 semester.

I talked to Zoranna the other day, she said that they don't have the wait list in a particular order. Which was kind of a shock to me since everywhere else you are ranked.

I think being chosen from the wait list would mean someone who was accepted turned their spot down. It's more or less an alternate position. What I understand is that you can be on the wait list right up until orientation.

I hope this helps. I'm patiently waiting too.
