TCAT Or THI LPN 2018?

Has anyone applied to TCAT memphis 2018 program, I submitted the application last week now waiting for acceptance. Tennessee Health Institute on Winchester also has their initial LPN program for 2018, wondering if anyone else is applying?

Good luck everyone! I don't make it home til after 6pm and I will keep you guys posted on my letter from TCAT .... Fingers crossed ..

So does being alternate give you chances for the September class @ Tcat

They said majority of the time all alternates get in...are you an alternate?

No ... I haven't heard anything back from TCAT but if I'm selected alternate I want be to mad. Really haven't saved up enough money for the January class. I would love to start in September because I'll have to quit my job and everything. I do believe everything happens for a reason if I am selected alternate.. Just ready to know something .. I hate waiting lol

I wish I could post my friend letter so y'all can read it. It's telling her to do everything as if she's already accepted and not an alternate. Callers start Jan 3 she has to be at the orientation on the 15th and everything

Wow... That's great! I pray she gets in.. I know thats gotta be a good feeling .. Meanwhile, I'll be happy with that decision .. I guess if denied I'll just have to retake the hesi again & maybe a cna class just to get me points to get in.. Thi schools have really good reviews ..I'm also doing a Lpn application there as well next year ..

We're waiting on THI too. We all waiting to see if we are accepted in there and naw my friend doesn't have any college credits at all not CNA or CMA so I'm hoping for good news cuz I have all of that and she doesn't work in the medical field and I do

Ok ... I'm just hearing about thi school this past Monday from a co worker . I wish I knew about it a little earlier ... I most definitely would've applied there too. & Wow I most definitely thought working in medical field was a plus @tcat... Hopefully we will hear something soon ... & you should get it MAs almost do what Lpn do literally just a different name ..

Mrs looney said they look at it all. All transcripts and scores and work experience so I'm still crossing my fingers that I'm accepted and yes I basically do what a nurse do. I was taught a lot of the nurse side while I worked in the cancer foundation because I traveled with my DR
