Yay! Congrats to you guys how did you find out @kheathrn I spoke with ms looney maybe 2months who said I was also accepted b/c I applied for previous class but just need the letter to relieve the nerves lol

I actually found out while I was there doing a college tour! The students were out of school that day and she was at the front desk filling in! I was so glad she relieved me and I was in the right place at the right time! I've been working on my plans and organizing how I'm going to do school and home life now! I know it's going to be a challenge cause they said it more than once. But I'm willing and ready so I can go on to pursue my other goals!

The letters should be coming in the next week...cant wait...we all will be accepted

I can't wait either!!! It's a sense of peace and excitement just to see it on paper!!!

I'm so happy for everyone!!!! I will be calling ms. Looney tomorrow. @tarshalpn41 Felicia told me if you get approved for financial aid that the scholarship isn't going to pay for books. Once I find out tomorrow if I got accepted, ima start saving right now for it. If there is a will, it's a way

@wre-williams ..... I promise I will help in any way I can...all I need is the isbn to the books....I know some people there personally. We are going to work it out thru GOD'S MERCY AND GRACE.....I have an appt. with her on the 11th to finish Tennessee Reconnect. ..why did she say you did not qualify for the program. They have financial aid, tennessee lottery and Tennessee reconnect and they dont pay for books?

@tarshalpn, i was granted financial aid and pell grant, but couldn't do the tn lottery because i have used that when i was at Southwest tn community college. Yes, she told me tn reconnect doesn't pay for the books.

Omg yay! So excited for us I called yesterday to see what i need to do as far as financial aid and tn connect and I slick it in on Dr.Weston just to be sure that I was in school 100% I ask her lol CONGRATS TO US AND THIS BIG JOURNEY AHEAD OF US!
