Welcome! I thought it was time to start a new thread for TCC fall 2013 applicants and future hopefuls. I've followed the past 2 threads for TCC and there are at least a handful of us finishing up pre-requisites this summer and fall.

Feel free to join the conversation and pass the word to others.

Ah ok, maybe it has changed then. After sending in my acceptance form, I received a follow-up email stating, "Please be on the lookout for more pertinent information after May 16th, 2013". They also ask that we refrain from contacting them until we receive this informational packet (unless we're inquiring about the acceptance form).

I guess I should just chill and be patient.

Ok, I did it. I had to do it. I couldn't take it anymore. I emailed them. Lol

No but seriously, I'm just going to try to relax and enjoy the summer off from now on! :)

I just received one saying "I got your acceptance form, thanks!" :)

I know they said we should hold onto our questions but I just called them on Monday because i was, and am still, quite anxious about the information packet. They said they should be emailing it some time this week.. I hope this is true :) Wonder what's taking them so long :unsure:

Send an email to the general email for the Nursing Dept to check that your acceptance form was received. They didn't get mine the first time I sent it so I had to resend it. Hopefully they just mistyped your email address when they sent the confirmation.

I'm in the clear! Haha. I emailed them, and they confirmed that they received it.

I really should have done that after I sent it!

They also told me to look out for the information packet next week, which will have info regarding orientation July 31st.

Oh good! :D is that orientation date for the entire cohort?
