Hello all,

I have been waiting for someone to post a thread about the upcoming Texas A&M Corpus Christi nursing program for fall 2020. Deadline to turn in is February 15. I am currently just waiting on one more transcript to get to nursing cas to turn in application. Anyone else applying?

@ shauntil07 You should give it a try, I'm really surprised I haven't seen much of a thread/response given that the deadline is only 10 days away. I have a feeling there may not be that many applicants. ?

Yeah I'm surprised there hasn't been much response in a while. I don't think I will be applying this year because I don't have the money to pay the app fee plus I don't think my application to the school will be processed in time before the deadline. Also, I would have to retake the HESI because I didn't have critical thinking, chem and bio on mine so I'm not too sure. I may have to just apply to other nursing programs ?

Im not sure if yall were aware but TAMUCC does not do cumulative GPA, its the last 60 hours so my advisor stated I have the following stats:

GPA- 3.62 (last 60 hours)

Science 3.50

Overall HESI- 90.57

Critical thinking- 980

Hesi Readings- 86

Yay, my goal when starting this thread is to stay connected via study groups or relaying info to each other once we get accepted. After we receive our acceptance letters, I will create a groupme chat so we can all be there.

Anyone currently taking Pharm and Health Alt.? I'm currently taking it now and its already challenging. ughhhh.

Does anyone know if we will be notified via email, mail, or nursingcas? I believe Elmandoman mentioned no later than May 3rd...

You will be notified via email, I recommend checking your spam in case it gets sent there. If you keep coming back to this thread you will also be notified when others get their acceptance emails.

Hello, I’m new to the forum. I was told initially that acceptance letters would be sent out yesterday , this was from the secretary. Didn’t receive anything so Today I emailed advisor and was told letters would be sent out maybe Mid April. Good luck to all!

Hey Elena, they did not have interviews last year. Also if we are going by last year, they sent out acceptance letters in May. Someone else said Mid April. Check your spam folder and check this thread for updates.
