Taking the TEAS in guess what...

Three days. Yeah. Three days.

Submitted my application for a local program and got a letter several days later saying I was scheduled to take the test a few days after.

I'm not a good test taker. I am confident on the English and writing parts it's the math aspect that's going to kill me.

Was told I could not reschedule and could be put on a waiting list but not guaranteed to take the test and if I don't do well I have to wait till next year to take the test again (which really perturbs me).

It'll take a huge act of God to pass this test, which of course I am praying for.

I'm planning on doing as much studying as possible these next three days.

Will post updates on the test. Haha, wish me luck :)

With three days I would highly suggest you purchase the online practice tests from ATI. Use your results to study the sections you did the worst in. I took it today and got a 74.5% :(

Also if math is your weakness like me, I would suggest timing yourself with problems and working fast, I almost ran out of time!!!

Hope it goes well !

Math is my worst and I worry about it :/

Thanks for the advice :) Unfortunately the online practice tests are out of my budget but I did purchase teh McGraw Hill book that has 5 practice test. Took the first one last night and got a 72 overall. As I figured, I did will on the reading and lit sections. Math and science killed me so today and tomorrow it's all I'll be studying.

I actually completed all sections under the required time. I'll dwell more on the math and science sections though :)

Thanks again!

Yeah, mine too. I actually got diagnosed with dyscalculia lol, look it up. I always just thought I was numerically and directioinally dyslexic but did some research and saw someone and it was confirmed. Really doesn't help my case any.

I'd just study the math sections most. It's what I play on doing. I tend to over think the problems.

Good luck!

Hello HopefuLPN83, Have you taken the test yet? If so how did you do?

I have taken part of the test. The ATI server crashed when I was on the language section. We waited for an hour or so and were told it would take between 5-30 minutes to get back up and running. They told us that about an hour ago. So the school is letting us come back on Wednesday to finish.

Even if, they are with holding our scores for 4-5 weeks when they send out acceptance or rejection letters. So my wait will be doubly weighted...
