Hey! I just started researching nursing schools. I have been out of school for sometime now. Because I have 2 children to care for, I was hoping to try and do my pre requisite courses online. Can anyone recommend a online school that is not outrageously priced? I just started looking and I noticed one was 16,000 for 13 credits! Is that the normal price range?? I have been reading about pre requisites and which courses you have to take, and I am noticing I am getting some different course lists. Can anyone tell me exactly what you need or is every school different? I am from new yorj.
Thanks in advance!!

Check out your community college - most schools offer online courses. I've done the majority of my classes online. My average cost per semester (15 hours) is $1k
Great thank you. You took most courses online for the nursing program? 1k is more like it lol.

Edukan.org...... They partner with a few community colleges in Kansas. They have most classes you will need online, even the science classes with lab and the transcript does not show it as a online class.
