taking nclex using tourist visa?

hello everyone i would like to ask if its ok take the nclex in the US using the tourist visa. without a local board. and is saying that i have no intension in practicing nursing in my country enough explanation to the question why i have not taken the loacal board examination? thank you...icon7.gif

If you have toursit visa then OK to sit NCLEX but remember there is retrogression in progress so you would not be able to do AOS and stay.
