Taking the NCLEX in Texas

Published

I am about to take my NCLEX in Texas this November. I graduated from a school in Virginia (We are active duty Navy) and recently moved to Texas.

I have already taken (and passed) the Texas Nursing Jurisprudence test. I am set to test November 27th at 1030 am.

My question is for those who took the NCLEX in Texas...What kind of questions were you seeing? I know my peeps in VA saw a lot of priority, delegation, and safety questions. Most only saw a couple drug questions. Most also only had a handful or so of SATA questions. Just trying to see what I'm in for a guess lol

Thank you in advance to anyone who comments.

Best wishes,

Jamie

Where you take the exam does not affect the types of questions you will be given.

Exam is national and as mentioned doesn't matter which state you are in the questions all come from the same pot

Thank y'all. I wasn't thinking about the N in NCLEX lol

Obviously I wasn't thinking of the N in NCLEX! Thank you for your replies!
