hi... i feel for you...
i have two kids, and one more on the way (due date is end of march)...
i will be taking my test again for the second time on february 27th also...
first time... i exhausted myself out... i used so many books and review courses and i did so many questions (5000 +)... when i got to the testing center... i had an anxiety issue going... i froze, i felt like i was in a dream...
this time around, i am taking it easier and using: saunders, exam cram, excell review (its a review course i attended), and lacharity delegation book... i am thinking of doing ncsbn review ( hearing good things about it..)...
i hope i will pass this time around... because being pregnant and having 2 kids already plus this nclex... takes a toll on the human body and psyche...
i wish you luck...
parveen :)
p.s. you should read my other blog/ thread... 2012 nclex study support group!!! it has so much helpful stuff on it...
I think 2 weeks is less time to review and practice questions. If you can have help for 2 weeks, I mean someone can take care of your children.
Disciplen yourself and generate positive attitude that u can do it.
- Tell yourself you can do it
- Make a schedule for study
- Spend 2 hours review material
-Practice question from different CD's at least 4-5 hours a day
- Borrow books from Library
-Take guidance from your professors
Hope this helps,
Good luck!
