First off, I would like to tell everybody that i Graduated last March 2011 at the Philippines as a BSN. I was born here at America, and i just went over there to go to college. Well, i've been through a lot of study material, Saunder's and LifeSaver's Nursing Review Book, which i found very helpful. I just got finished taking Kaplan's QTrainer's starting from QT4, coz my bro used the other ones, since he is the original owner of their service.
Here's another thing, i tried to take the NCLEX right away, (which i thought was kinda dumb) because i thought i could pass it straight out of nursing school. Well, i got 265 Questions, browsed the internet found out about the pearson Vue Trick, and took me straight to the cc page, was devastated and depressed. So from there i just started my study plan and busted my ass off studying, when i felt good abt my knowledge i researched more and more techniques on this site. and studied those too. I'm just hoping i did enough studying my scores on the QT's i took on kaplan are as follows:
QT4- 60%
QT5- 60%
QT6- 60%
QT7- 58% (i was really sleepy when i took this one)
I just want to know if i'm as ready as i feel, coz' they say retakers have a lesser chance at passing, or have it harder than the 1st time takers. although i wasn't able to take the Diagnostic Exam, i still have a good idea where i stand from the Question Trainers.

I kno people who have taken the exam on a friday and ger their results Sunday. I'm wondering if this holiday weekend will cause a delay. This agony of waiting is driving me NUTS!!!! HELP!!!!!

I'm in California so we don't have quick results all we have in this state for results is the PVT, which proves to be 100% accurate in CA, and then CA-BRN website,... which ur name is supposed to appear on it in 3-5 business days, then finally the snailmail. Did you try the Pearson Vue Trick?... just read the thread above in the NCLEX discussion Forum...
I still don't know if i'm a RN yet because they didnt update the names on the website, but accdg. to the PVT i passed, so i'm just hoping for the best.

Congratulations, you're lucky you're not in california we don't have quick results so i have to rely on the "Good pop-up" until my name shows up on the CA-BRN website.. i took mine friday, and i'm not sure if they update it on weekends... but i'm still waiting for my name... with an RN next to it... and achieve my dream of becomin' an RN at 20... =]
