I will be a pre-nursing student in upcoming fall.
I am thinking about taking prerequisites class at CC during summer to save time and money.
Is it a good idea to take cheimstry during summer?
Is it too much to take it during summer?
I already contacted the school and found out that the class is approved by the school.
Any info?
Thank you!

Yes of course you can do it! It all depends on your determination-will it be hard, probably. You know what kind of student you are and what you can handle. Give it a go and you can always withdraw and keep your money before the deadline. But I bet if you put the effort in you will be fine!
good luck

I worked full-time nights and took chemistry last summer session. It was fast paced, crazy hard for me because the math was a killer for a while there, but I managed to get a B+ and was glad for it! My work day ended at 6am and class began at 7am and lasted until 1pm... so if I can do it you can! Good luck~
Thank you all who responded to my question!
I am glad to know this website and talk with other great nursing people.

Is it a fundamental chem class? If so, I definitely think you can handle it. I took Chem 100 over the summer when I was only 15 and got an A.
