Hey, I know it's early to be thinking about this, but I'm taking Anatomy and Physiology 1 at my local community college, while being a junior in high school. I maintain a A-/B+ average and the class is worth five credits. If I decide to do nursing in college, will having these credits affect admission into a nursing school and will these credits count towards pre reqs?

The course is the community college course, yes, you are ahead of the ball game because it appears on the community college transcript. Are you getting high school credit at the same time? If so, you are really taking advantage of your head start.
The only caveat: Watch your timeline for applying to nursing programs. Many nursing programs place time limits on the science prerequisites, such as A/P I. That grade may only be good for nursing school entrance for five years (or seven, or three, depending on the school policy). Check the website links for the nursing schools you are interested in, to see how this policy is applied across each.
