HI! So I'm taking my NCLEX PN this Friday for the first time. I'm just wondering what to expect. Any tips for the day of my test? I was wondering when they have a question does it say what system its from? For example, if its a musculoskeletal question would it say in the corner somewhere that its musculoskeletal? Also I've been studying the saunder's book like crazy. Actually the CD. Will it help me on the renewed exam? are the questions similar?

Thanks so much for your help.

I was in the same boat as you about two months ago...check out my post here https://allnurses.com/forums/f328/taking-my-nclex-3-days-279025.html

because I posted what came across when I took my test. Just make sure you have your medications down, prioritization, and studied enough and feel confident. Check out my post, I give you alot of hints.
