i am a fourth year nursing student now and about to graduate this march 2008. can i take the nclex even if i haven't finished my bsn degree yet??

you have to graduate first before you can apply for the nclex.

Rules of taking the NCLEX exam:
You must submit a completed set of transcripts to even be evaluated to see if you meet the requirements for licensure in the US.
You need to have permission to sit for that exam.
You are unable to even start the process of applying until you have completed your degree, and then expect it to be three to four months at the minimum before you can test.
