How do you know you didn't "pass"? Are you just assuming this because you didn't get to round 2?
I've applied to hospitals that give you a test that asks questions like "I work well with others" then you have to check something like strongly agree, slightly agree, disagree, strongly disagree.....or all the time, most of the time, some of the time, never, etc.
I don't think they are pass/fail exactly, and Ive never gotten any feed back on them, although If you get a follow up interview then I guess your answers were in the acceptable range.

Yes thats what exactly what it was .... questions and those was the answers, I had the interview first , then the lady from hr call and said I need to take the assessment test so she could follow with my hiring process. ?. They never told me I had to take a test , more less PASS A TEST ,!! So immediately the hr lady told me I didnt pass the test and they couldnt offer me the position at that time, and I couldn't apply for a position at the hospital for 6 months .... this is NOT RIGHT
Those was the answers , the hr lady told me immediately that I didnt get tbe position, but I had the interview first , and the director of nursing told me she was interested in me and she was forwarding everything to hr ... never told I had to take a test and more less PASS IT .... I need answers , I dont understand this at all
A lot of places do this now. They are seeing what kind of personality you have and how you handle certain situations. Its not really pass/fail....
at my hospital applicants get a green, yellow or red score which indicates how likely they are to be good health care providers.
Can you remember the kinds of questions and what your answers were?
Yes it was if we called your last manger how woukd he/ she rate your work . ?.... or if jeff and eric have been aguring for 2 days , what would you do ... the answers would be a b c d ... Its like common sense .... I have beenin the healthcare a long time , I can see if I was to this ... this is making hard for me to get a job, even though I dont think all the hospitals here do this , but its not right in my eyes .... I need a job like last month , I am behind in all my bills .. Didnt think it was going to be this difficult. ?. I just started going to nursing homes yesterday. ? To apply for jobs . I haven't worked in a nursing homes since the 90's.. But I have to do what I have to do ... HELPPPPPPPPPP PLEASE
Are you being brutally honest? Did you miss time at your last job and said so on the exam? That kind of thing.....you kind of have to fib or you wont pass it. Think about if you were a manager how you would want the person to reply....IMO these tests aren't really an indicator of true personality or compassion anyways.
