Switching from Hospital to Home Health

I am a somewhat new nurse (1st year), and I've been working in a hospital on a med surg floor. I have learned a lot but med surg is not my thing. The hospital has an opening in the NICU but they will not let me transfer until I've been there for one year. And truth be told I am not loving the hospital as much as I thought I would. I feel like all I am is an employee number. The hospital I work at is huge and maybe thats part of it.

I interviewed and was offered a position at a home health company this week. I worked home health as an LPN for years but never as an RN.

Can anyone give me any advice if you've switched from hospital nursing to home health. The good and the bad is much welcomed.
