I am with you, survived the first semester. I really enjoyed the clinical portion, and getting used to critical thinking (NCLEX) style questions got better as the semester went on. Final exam was decent, not the grade I wanted, but I passed so I am fine with that. Now it's on to the hospitals for clinical next semester, but I will take the holidays to unwind then start back up preparing for the Spring semester. Congrats

I have survived the first semester of nursing school!!
:D
It's official as I have finished my final exams, I got the courses I'll be doing next semester come January and I am now on Christmas break.
It was a wild ride, with some ups and downs. I loved and excelled in Anatomy and Physiology (as I knew I would:cool:), I excelled in Biochemistry, did great with Info technology and for Written and Oral Communication...well, it could have gone smoother.
But that is all in the past, right now it's party time!
Although I'm curious, who else is a survivor of the apoca- I mean, nursing school?
How did final exams go and how was the semester for you?
