We all know that Nursing School is challenging. It is increasingly more challenging with all the additional restrictions in place due to the Pandemic, causing many students to question their career choice. Help us reach out to these students with encouragement and advice that will help them survive nursing school and become better prepared as they enter the nursing workforce.

It’s October and Back to School for many including Nursing Students. But this year, 2020, the year of the Pandemic, is unlike any other. The deadly virus has spread quickly around the world, causing interruptions and cancellations in our daily lives, including school. Many schools across the country were closed early in the Spring of 2020 before school was officially over. Schools were forced to turn to online school, and clinicals were a real problem in the midst of the Pandemic. Some schools that recently reopened for Fall Semester were forced to shut down again due to raging numbers positive COVID testing results.
We need nurses more than ever, so nursing schools must go on, in spite of the new and continuing challenges. We want to help our nursing students arm themselves with valuable tips that will set them up for academic and clinical success in nursing school and their nursing career beyond. We are calling on all nurses, new and experienced, as well as students to provide some helpful tips and advice through articles that will help students get through this most tumultuous time and prepare them for life as a new nurse.
