Survived my first exam

Well we had our first exam today and i survived. Im pretty disappointed with my grade making a c+ but im trying to learn from my mistakes and focus my studying. I hate knowing the score but know knowing what i missed. Scheduled a one on one with my prof to go over this test. Hopefully we ca figure out what my issue is.

I take my first exam for my fundamentals of nursing class 2moro! Our test is kinda late because our professor pushed it back do to us writing papers and doing group assignments but im hoping to start off with an A! Im studying hard to make the grade!:)
