*In what specific ways has your practice of nursing been negatively affected ?
*Are your incident reports or suggestions taken seriously ?
*Have you been victimized or unfairly treated in any nursing position that you have held ?
*Have you ever applied for a position & been turned down ? Were you ever given an explanation ?
