I have a question about working and going to nursing school. I'm currently a scrub tech and I work a couple different per down jobs and I am in school doing pre reqs for nursing. I applied for a full time job I am 25 and I live at home still. I can do the full time job during pre reqs easily enough but I'm wondering about opinions on working once I get into nursing school. I have schools in mind that I am going to apply to but I can't live at home forever, I have a car that is about to die on me and will need a new vehicle and have to make payments therefore I need to work during school to save money. If I get the full time job and want to keep it, are there programs that offer evening clinical? Should I work an evening shift? Or should I not work at all?

I guess you will be able to manage working full time while taking prerequisites. Or you already are? I was a little confused.
Once you apply for and get accepted into a nursing program you will know how much flexibility you will have in school and clinicals.
Once you're accepted into a nursing program you will need to prioritize the unpaid job of being a student, learning the material, passing NCLEX, vs getting a paycheck.
