Supplemental work in MA - Home Care?

I am a working mom looking to pick up some flexible per diem work. I already work 20 hours per week in acute care. About 4-12 hours per week. I'm thinking Home Care and wondering if any one can tell me which companies are the best to work for (and which pay the best . I live nea Concord, MA. I'm thinking about short visits because then I only have to find child care for when I'm out and about and then I can do the documentation after bedtime. I am also open to private duty or possibly some teaching. Any other ideas for a busy mom who needs more cash? Thanks for the consideration!
