Superb Online School for Prerequisites

Hello Everyone, I am a new pre-nursing student applying for ABSN programs starting next year. After doing tons and tons of research of great schools to complete prerequisites, I happened upon EICC.edu. I talked with (MOD EDIT) about enrolling and he's been very helpful. The classes are all online (and they offer everything, you'll be surprised) and the per-credit hour cost is about half as much as other online programs. They've been so helpful that I really wanted to make a post about them so that others out there can find them easier than I did. Good luck!

Just curious. How do you know it is 'superb' if you haven't completed any classes yet? Great customer service does not necessarily equate to great learning outcomes - as demonstrated by many commercial (investor owned) schools.

Good point. The process for signing up, them offering various classes, and the actual 'non-commercialization' (it's a community college doing some innovative stuff), is all superb. I wasn't rating the class. Now, however, that I've started classes, I can report back that their online platform (while looking a bit outdated upon initial review, but later finding it very well done) and thus far my professor-led classes are indeed superb. I did not receive customer service; I talked to an enrollment counselor who helped me immensely work out a workable schedule. I am trying to be helpful here by taking my time to post helpful information that I'd like to share with others. It took me months to find EICC.edu and I wanted to report that I've had a great experience thus far. This is not a commercial entity, but an affordable option for those of us who are looking for superb value. Learning outcomes are depending upon student investment of time, energy, etc as with any online program (some being better than others). I hope others find EICC a nice alternative to these more commercial entities out there.
