I was very lucky to be interviewed again at Sunnybrook in Toronto last December, wrote their RN quiz and gave them my references for their Background check. 2 of my references told me they were given questionnaires thru email by backcheck(i think they outsource their background check) and an HR staff from the hospital phoned again a week later. two weeks have passed after they told me this but no calls yet.
I'm curious if anybody here recently been hired in this hospital? I was wondering how long should I expect to wait for a follow-up? do they notify you if you're not hired?
From what I know it will take a few weeks before you hear back. Usually if theyre checking your references its a good sign. Its an outsourced company that does the checks so it takes longer.
Which position did you interview for? Did you do the testing? What did you think of It?
Im curious to know how long the process actually took for you and if you were infact, successful? I interviewed just over two weeks ago, they contacted my references last week and contacted me once as well, however I have not heard in terms of a job offer...
