G'day!
Joe, hope you have a good day off.
BF's condo is coming along nicely. The new floor is mostly down and the contractor said in a couple of weeks it would be good to schedule delivery of stuff.
We spent a few hours sitting on the beach and then went out for Thai food. I had a noodle dish which I'm finishing up for lunch.
I went to hot yoga this morning. Kind of slept a bit fitfully waking up several times.
Going to cook spaghetti and vegan meatballs for dinner. The meatless balls were on sale buy one get one free.
Have a great day.
Yoda said, "There is no try; there is only DO or DON'T DO." So today I am going to be a "DO-BEE" and I will keep my mouth shut and my comments and opinions to myself. Yes, I will DO just that!
73 degrees, 74% humidity, overcast right now; and 7% chance of rain, but that was for an hour ago, which came and went with nary a drop of precipitation.
Ate some "Mushroom Bites", which are really only small patties with the consistency of well-done hamburger, and rather MEH. Ate the 3/4's of a cup of leftover creamed kale and spinach. That's brunch for today.
Both Tinker and Nannie are kind of dozy but not yet asleep.
All I can say about me is that I am here on the sofa, as usual. Happy to have my laptop so I can scroll around and try to keep from getting bored. Also have the word-find puzzles to do more of. You don't have to think as much doing the word searches as you do with crossword puzzles.
Four hours to Nannie's suppertime, and another four hours after that is the 10 o'clock deadline for her to go to bed.
By the way, I know I've told you this before, but yesterday Nannie said it a little differently: "That dog looks more like a man than a girl." Oh, sure. That's why I shave her face instead of her legs. Uh-huh,
This is the end of my post.

Tweety that is a lot of money and time spent on this illness, hopefully it resolves soon
Stars I hope today proves an easier day and she proves less difficult
Ado I don't think I've been to a county fair in years
Was a busy day yesterday. Did bird watching in the morning. Then came home and had lunch with dad. Stopped at the grocery store on the way home and then went on the long drive to meet my friends N and K for dinner. K brought 2 other people, so the group was larger and louder than expected, not the ideal situation for me but it seems to be a good group, and it was nice to meet new people. We'll be doing it again once K gets done with moving and knee surgery
Today was going to meet another friend downtown but he's sick, so it'll be delayed to another day. Will be at church early as I'll be the assisting minister. Have a baptism, thankfully we're back in the sanctuary and not in the ugly parish hall anymore. Will do the cooking. Might stop by the library, they're having a book sale, and I think there is some kind of art fair in the local park
Going to be another cooler day in the upper 60s, though it will get warmer as the week proceeds
