Hey! I just got an interview also. Are you having trouble scheduling online? For some reason I am not able to select a day on the calendar on the "booknow" web site! I emailed the Recruiter and received an "out of office" email. Help!

Same here (I emailed too)! There were about 3-4 units that were available/not greyed out on the schedule. I wonder if those are the only units that are taking new grads? Or basically all spots have already been filled by internals?

From what the email says, I am assuming that if the calendar is greyed out then the time slot is full for that unit. I hope they will be releasing more slots! There does not seem to be many units open for interview. Let me know if you hear back/if anything changes for you on the website!

Im also wondering if we can re-schedule after we book a time. The email says we can interview for up to two units. I dont want to miss out on working in the unit of my choice just because the time slots are full!

The time slots seem to be filling up fast. Earlier there were more selections. I only had the chance to pick one unit I was interested in. I went with General Medicine. Wanted ICU, but they're all gone.

Which unit are you wanting to interview for? I was able to schedule for the unit i wanted. But couldnt get a choice of the day i wanted to go on.

I also wanted ICU! Wasnt able to find a slot. I am interviewing for surgical cardiology! Have you signed up for two? The email says we can interview for up to two, so I'm deciding on which that will be.

Also on Friday March 2nd

I was able to sign up for 2 units i wanted

I just signed up for my second interview! One for EUH and one for ESJH. Does anyone have info on hotels near St. Josephs?

Was the NICU/L&D/PP or any of the clinics open for anyone?
