Suffolk Community College Nursing Evening Books

Hi - I am starting the evening program at SCCC in just about a month... :eek: and its a little overwhelming, I just got all my forms in and everything and have to take the CPR class in a couple weeks. I was just wondering if anyone had any books that they were no longer using and would be willing to sell or if they know of places where I could get the books the cheapest... it's really straining my budget, I still have to buy the sneakers and the scrubs...:confused: ANY help would be appreciated :)

Try http://www.chegg.com - it's basically a textbook rental operation. I went through them to get the books for my nursing prereqs and saved a ton of money. They send you what you need for a fraction of what it would cost to purchase them new, and you return them when you are done. Would be a good idea for some of those books you will only use for a semester.

Thanks, I have been searching those sites... I don't want to underbuy -- but I also don't want to buy books that may not be all theat necessary... Any info on what books are a MUST have..??
