I have extensive experience in medical surgical and telemetry or PCU units.Decided to to into new opportunities after assisting my husband with home hemodialysis and later approximately 4 years ago donating my right kidney to him. We both fullyrecovered and working. I had professional experience working with PD performance within medical surgical and PCU dysthymia units or ICU however, unless you consider Homehemodialysis with my husband no professional inpatient hemodialysis. I do know a great deal with management of medications during and after transplant in addition to dietary and port av, fistulas or permacath lines because of my husband. As RN staff patients with renal conditions requiring dialysis allowed me work with monitoring and administering their meds and assessments of

graft , permaCath, diet and over health managements. For patients with PD or if hemodialysis was at outpatient facilities i still encounter experience with them for issues surrounding actual Hemodialysis. l am

Welcome to Allnurses!

There are quite a few good articles here on AN related to interview questions; one good series of articles was written by one of the mods, TheCommuter. If you utilize the search bar (opened when clicking on the magnifying glass in the yellow bar across the top), and enter "interview" and "TheCommuter", you should be able to find them. Also, if you click on the specialties tab, you may be able to find some threads about interviews specific to the specialty.
