Study tips for ATI PN Exit exam?

Published

Recently I've been studying for my ATI Proctored Exit exam. We have 2 weeks until the exam and I've been studying all last week. I've been trying to reread some of my other books on systems that I am rusty on and have found that helpful just to get background knowledge on the processes again. I've also just started reading and focusing on Saunders NCLEX PN because everyone said that is a great one to read as it's straight and to the point and give you all the vital things you need to know.

Since as of today we have two weeks until our final, our school is dedicating a day towards going over each ATI proctored exam and topic. (Peds, FON, Pharmacology, OB, etc..) They said it will be incredibly helpful and ensure that we have the best chance of passing our ATI exit exam.

So my instructor said that the best way to study for the ATI EXIT is to take the ATI tests, do the focused review and go over your weak areas it tells you about and then study our ATI ebooks according to our weak areas. - It seems like a really good plan and I will definitely do that and do a ton of ATI practice questions but I feel I should be studying more on top of that from Saunders. What do you think? Should I study with Saunders too or should I just stick with the ATI and not spread myself out too much?

Thank you guys and if you want to email me it [email protected]

Saunders is nice but for the ATI predictor you should study using "ATI materials". It's an ATI test, so if you study their content and know how they test etc then you will do fine. Basically what your instructor said to do is what I did minus the focused reviews.(I just didnt have time for that!) I passed with a 99% chance of passing the NCLEX.

I m doing my pn exit with in a week .this is my second chance and failed first time by one point . This time I m so nervous and scared .i have to pass ati comprehensive to graduate PN program .please any help email me [email protected]
