Be aware that with these on-line programs there is still some clinical work that will need to be done, and not sure if they will permit you to do it out of the US. You are going to need to check with the specific university for this.

Also be aware that getting the BSN will not give you any advantage in getting a visa for the US at this time.

Are you planning to apply for a tourist visa to come to the US to test? If so, please be aware that the US no longer issues visas for that as the exam is offered in several places that are much closer to you. You can find testing centers in London, as well as Germany.

The point that I am trying to make is that there is no reason to come to the US for the purpose of writing the NCLEX exam, that can actually get you denied at the port of entry. They are now watching everyone very closely.

And you will still need to apply to a university and then get a student visa to be able to study here. You normally have to get the F-1 visa at the US Embassy in your country, not the US. It will be months to get thru everything, this is why I am not recommending coming to the US to test and then possibly remain here. Just because you have been to the US in the past, immigration is now quite different here.

There are many steps that need to be followed before you should even apply for a program and most require that you have passed the NCLEX exam before you even start the process. You cannot work while you are studying so you will need to have proof that you can afford the tuition as well as living expenses before you will be granted the student visa. They are also becoming harder to obtain at this time, especially with the fact that there are no visas available to remain in the US more than likely when you graduate from your program.

You are free to do as you wish, but if asking for my opinion on it, do not come to the US to test.
