I am very interested in the program, and have a basic understanding of how it runs, but how do you get the study materials for the test? Are they provided when you are accepted? Or is there a bookstore/website you get them from? I see all of the online discussions and conference calls and what-not, but where are the actual books at? TIA! :wink2:ETA: Oops, left out the "c'!
