What do you think I should do In addition to??

I am a RN with 3 yrs of ICU experience in (1)Neuro ICU, (2) CT ICU. I took a 2yr break from ICU and just recently started back in a NEURO ICU unit. I am looking to apply to CRNA school in spring of 2012. I am in NC so I think I will try Duke, RSNA, UNCC. I have a 3.5 ADN gpa, 3.37 overall undergrad science gpa,my RN-BSN gpa is only 3.25 (too much full-time work:-(. I am studying for my gre's now and also signed up to take a couple of core course at Duke-inferential statistics this summer.

I am begging for any advice or suggestions to make myself competitive.
