CRNA Shadow log

Hello all,

Quick question regarding shadow logs for admission to crna schools, how detailed it should be? Any suggestions?

I listed where I shadowed, how long I was there, the date and the name of the CRNA (and email if I was able to get it) to my resume. That worked for all schools except one. They required a form to be filled out by the CRNA. My best advice would be to look up the requirements for the schools you are interested in and just keep a log that fulfills the one with the highest requirement.
