Hello, My name is Kendra a student nurse seeking a LPN and an Advanced Practice Nurse to answer some questions in regards to your profession for an assignment due Monday February 9, 2009.

Here are the questions:

a. Describe the number of years and type of educational experience

b. Describe the different roles in which the individual has worked in health care

c. Explore has professionalism is incorporated in their role as a nurse

d. Determine what advice each would offer to a person beginning in the nursing profession

e. Discuss the advice they would offer for the nursing student as they work toward the completion of their degree.

If you could e-mail my instructor to notify her that the interview was conducted: her e-mail is [email protected]

Thank you very much it is greatly appreciated!

We had similar questions we had to ask a Nurse Manager that we shadowed for a few days. Are you sure your not supposed to interview someone face to face?

It looks as if another one of your classmates is trying to do the same thing, and has been told the same thing.

Many of the more "seasoned" nurses aren't comfortable answering questions online- why I don't know...

Perhaps it's because they want you to be able to ask someone face to face....see their body language - or even to be able to ask a f/u question.

another concern is perhaps the person answering the question isn't really a nurse, after all there isn't a guide at the entrace to this area checking our licenses....lol
