BSN to DNP PMHNP

Nursing Students NP Students

Hello,

I have my BSN and am interested in an online BSN to DNP PMHNP program. I have. 2.9 GPA and most of the DNP programs requires a 3.0. I've contacted some schools to see if I could take some masters level courses to show I can handle a masters program and they said no. I'm really wanting to do BSN to DNP straight through. Do you guys know of any programs?

Frontier Nursing University requires a 3.0, but there used to consider lower applicants who obtain a certain score on the gre. That is no longer stated on their website, so that standard may have gone away. But two classes can be taken before starting.... undergrad level statistics and a physical assessment class. Those might be able to be taken locally and could push your gpa up enough to get in somewhere.

I have BSN considering going for my DN-PMHNP I need help with schools that offer that. It is possible to complete it withing 3yrs (full time)?

How about NP board, it is taking after completion of the program of the program or towards the end of the program?

Does anyone know less expensive schools for this program?

I really need more information Thanks
