Student Nurse looking for post-graduation opportunities.

Hello nurses and fellow nursing students,

I am an international nursing student attending one of the CUNY community colleges in New York, NY. I am expecting to graduate this December, 2015 . After graduating I will be applying for my Occupational Practical Training.Has any of you had luck into being hired as an entry level ADN with that status and anyone been offered sponsorship for the green card afterwards. Do you think that it would be easier to be hired in other states Since New York hospitals are leaning towards BSN. I was thinking of moving to the Oklahoma, Texas or any of the surrounding states.

Any tips, advice or information is more than welcomed!
