Student Looking for Externship/Internship

Hello All!

I am currently entering my senior year at Eastern Mennonite University in Virginia in their BSN program. I am desperately looking for an externship or internship for student nurses. I have found quite a few however they either require you to be in a school in the state of that institution (i.e. Duke) or the deadline is past. I am looking for one during the summer months. Pay is not nessacary as this is for the learning and experience. I am in nursing to become a flight nurse and critical care nurse. I am currently an EMT-E. I would LOVE a flight nursing internship however I know they are unlikely to exist. My other interest would be any ICU, ED, or PICU program. If you know of any please let me know! I would prefer a larger hospital. Many small hospitals are here locally but do not have the volume of patients needed for such experience. Thank you all for your help!

Same here, desperately looking for one next summer, I'm in my junior year, so Duke does not take any students out of state?? then i won't bother to apply...
