I keep seeing straighterline in some of these threads. Can someone explain in detail? I get the concept and how it works but they make seem so simple on the website. I was wondering If someone could elaborate for me?! Like how long it takes to finish a course or how many classes you can register for...

Straighterline is a non-accredited provider of low-cost courses that, upon completion, can be transcribed by a number of schools for college credit. The schools that work with Straighterline to transcribe the courses are called 'partner colleges.'
The courses are totally self-taught and self-paced, so you can complete them as quickly or as slowly as you'd like. You can also register for as many courses as you feel you can reasonably complete. Back when I used Straighterline four years ago, the BlackBoard online delivery platform was being utilized.
