Hi. I just took my test this morning and my computer shut off at 89. I am from california. I got 13 SATA 1 math problem, 3/4 procedures, priority questions, lot's of the " correct responds" and some of the side effect of the meds and some s/sx. I am so nervouse about the results and I've been reading people's post on how some passed at 89 and how some didn't make. This is building up anxiety level. Does anyone know where to check the results within24 hrs?

If you're in Cali, you SHOULD get your results within 24-48 hours as it says, I did when I took it over a year ago. Some people say the type of questions you start coming across can kind of tell you how well you are doing (where SATA are the most difficult questions). It's hard to say because my computer shut off after my 96th question and I roughly had 12ish SATA questions. I've had numerous classmates that had half to almost their entire test filled with SATA and had the PC shut off at random numbers (and they passed). Honestly, the number you stop at means nothing. Just wait it out. I went on an all-day hike the following day to keep my mind off things and my pass was posted several hours before the 48-hour mark.

The only thing that you can determine from the computer shutting off at 89 questions is that it took the computer 89 questions to determine whether or not you passed or failed... and that you had some difficulty with at least one area that it was measuring simply because you went past the minimum number of questions. There's nothing you can do to change the outcome now so my advice is that you should spend the next day or two just doing NOTHING related to study. Check BreEZe tomorrow morning and then perhaps tomorrow night. You should know by Friday night if you passed or failed. If you choose to attempt the PVT, don't do it until at least 24 hours AFTER the exam was submitted for evaluation. It'll be 100% accurate at 48 hours. Be very prepared to lose $200 because if you failed, that's part of the cost to take the exam again. If you get a "fail" result and you ultimately pass, you will not be refunded your $200.
My advice is simple (because it's California): check BreEZe. I got my license numbers about 35 HOURS after submitting my exam for scoring. How did I know something was up? My application disappeared, my IP was cancelled and then about 15 minutes after that, my license numbers popped into being.
