STNA Expired. Forgot To Renew.

Hello! (: I am a nurse aide currently working, but my registry expired about a month ago which I forgot to renew until an employee reminded me today. I was wondering whether I could still send in my info and renew my registry or if I would have to do the nurse aide program all over again. As I am still working I have the required hours with pay. I've been working since April. I would still be in good standing, the only problem is I forgot to send in the info of employment and now my registry is expired. Also, I live in Ohio.

You need to contact the agency that issues your certification (some states its the BoN, other states its the dept of health or dept of community affairs) to determine how to proceed.
